Important Delivery Information
All of our outdoor Kids castle are delivered in the morning between 8&11 (8&12 For Adult Castles)
Our Kids Castles are then collected after 5pm (Fees apply for later collections)
Adult Castles are collected the following morning as long as you have a private secure garden.

All Castles going outside must go onto Real Grass within 25m of a power supply
The Grass must be fairly level with no sharp objects
We will then use metal stakes to secure the castle and stop it moving
please allow 2ft on width, 3 ft behind the castle and a minimum of 3 ft in front of the castle.
If the wind or wind gusts are predicted over 24mph we will contact you as we cannot safely put castles outside in this
If the rain is heavy or persistent again we will contact you as we cannot put castles outside in this they become very slippery
We will need clear access to your garden, generally if you can fit a large wheelie bin though we will get through with the castle.
We do not take castles up or down lots of steps, some of these castles are incredibly heavy. If you have steps please send us a picture so we can assess it before booking
We Understand you will be booking a hall for certain times please contact us to check availability
We will need approx. 30 minutes either side of your party to set up and take down the castle, please take this into account when making your booking
All the sizes for the castles are on each item please ensure the space you are looking at putting it is big enough,
If in a hall, please check the room is big enough and high enough for your chosen castle
It is not our responsibility if you have booked something bigger than your space.
Once we receive your booking enquiry we will check all is good. Once we have done this, we will send you an email with a link to pay your booking fee. This booking fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your party.
It will however be taken from the final amount payable on the day
Once we have received your booking fee you will receive a confirmation email for your booking
